Lady Gaga Shared Her Postshow Recovery Routine, and It’s as Intense as I Imagined

Lady Gaga knows how to entertain a crowd with catchy songs and intense choreography that I’m sure has her heart rate at peak levels. If you’re going that hard on stage, you’re bound to be sore after, right? She shared a few behind- the-scenes images of how she recovers after her shows, and her recovery is on the level of a professional athlete.

In the first picture, she’s submerged in an ice bath, which she does for five to 10 minutes, according to her IG caption. After the ice bath, she warms up her body with a hot bath for 20 minutes, then she finishes off her recovery with the NormaTec full-body compression suit with icepacks for 20 minutes.

Her recovery routine is extra, to say the least, but if this is what it takes to perform like a badass night after night, I’m here for it.
